Click on the Search Contacts link on the home screen.

On the Search For Contacts screen, you have a few different options in the search criteria boxes. One of the easiest ways to find a contact is by their email address. Using this method, I am going to search for a contact with the email address 'salt@cityofsalem.net' by using the below criteria in the drop-down boxes.

Email Address \ is \ salt@cityofsalem.net

Now click the 'Display Results' box. This will bring up any instances of a contact with the email address 'salt@cityofsalem.net' 

To the far right, underneath the Action column, you will see three different links you can click on "View  Edit Delete" - choose the appropriate link for your desired action.

Note: If you edit your contact, make sure you click the "Save And Exit" button, so the information is saved.
