- Run a Spam Check Before sending your campaign, while editing it, be sure to run our Spam Check Utility to check your campaign's spam score. Ideally, you want to get this score as close to zero as possible.
- Only Use Opt-In Lists Remember, Pinpointe is for sending permissions-based emails only!
- Create Email Campaigns With Good Subject Lines This is a very important step that's far too overlooked.
- Use Double Opt-in and Consider Adding CAPTCHA Codes to Any Signup Forms This will significantly reduce the risk of having bots adding invalid email addresses or Spam Traps to your lists.
- Send a Test Email Create a test list with at least your email address and ideally email addresses of a few colleagues. Send each campaign to the test list to confirm its final look and deliverability.
- Use the Run Inbox Preview Tool to view how your email will look in several email clients and on several mobile devices.
